台南市政府警察局白河分局9日接獲民眾報案，稱其圈養之山豬被歹徒侵入農地刺死後竊走，警方隨即展開偵查，並於2小時內即查獲相關嫌疑人依法送辦！

臺南市白河地區王姓民眾於111年11月9時上午至白河分局報案，稱其平日於農地中圈養之2隻山豬，在8日上午遭不詳歹徒闖入農地，並將山豬刺死後帶走。白河分局獲報後立即調閱相關跡證，循線在2小時內於嘉義縣中埔鄉陸續查獲張姓犯嫌等6人到案及查扣相關證物。

白河分局表示，張姓犯嫌等6人進入被害人農地竊取豬隻，係以侵入住宅之方式並結夥3人以上為之，涉嫌觸犯刑法加重竊盜罪，可處6月以上5年以下有期徒刑。另有關飼養豬隻遭殺害部分，則依刑法毀損罪及動物保護法併移送臺南地檢署偵辦。
