台南市（19）日晚間一名林姓男子參加朋友的喜宴並擔任伴郎招待工作，席間陪同喝了幾杯啤酒，婚宴結束後，林姓男子心存僥倖駕車載乘4名友人回家，不料行經臺南市中華西路時碰到警察實施路檢。台南市警察局第二分局員警上前盤檢，經酒測值為0.16毫克未達開罰標準，其與4名乘客方才剛鬆了一口氣，結果被眼尖郭副所長發現汽車之中央扶手之置物處有毒品包及捲菸1支，帶回派出所調查後依涉嫌毒品危害防制條例調查送辦。

林姓男子於19日受邀來臺南參加喜宴，並擔任伴郎招待工作，忙到22時30分婚宴結束，因席間也陪同喝了幾杯啤酒，想說要載女朋友先回臺南住處休息，心存僥倖駕車上路，不料在中華西路遇到第二分局之封閉型路檢無路可逃，乃急忙停於路旁大廈前意圖規避路檢。二分局長樂派出所副所長郭建政率員上前盤檢，林男滿臉慌張直求員警高抬貴手，原來又是喝酒心存僥姓駕車，經員警提供礦泉水漱口後並深呼吸好幾口氣才配合員警實施酒測，見酒測值結果出爐未超過連呼「下次不敢了！」。但旋又為員警在其中央扶手置物處發現第三級毒品愷他命1包1.2公克及捲菸1支，經調查及實施篩檢呈現第三級毒品愷他命陽性反應，全案為依涉嫌毒品危害防制條例調查送辦。
在此提醒，好友餐敘飲酒，應注意節制勿有酒醉失態滋事違行，尤其勿心存僥倖酒後駕車，危害自身及他人安全。
