竊盜通緝犯行竊遭「竊盜剋星」當場逮捕！

員警當場緝獲簡姓竊盜通緝犯
有「竊盗剋星」之稱的台南永康分局大橋派出所警員劉耿銘，21日下午休假外出時瞥見追蹤許久的簡姓竊盜通緝犯，自台南市仁德區一路跟隨至東區裕農路前，並目睹通緝犯進入大賣場行竊，待支援警力到場後當場緝獲，依法送辦，通緝犯啞口無言，全案以竊盜罪移送法辦。
員警在簡嫌的手提袋內發現二十多條知名品牌牙膏，價值4千3百餘元。
永康分局大橋派出所警員劉耿銘，21日休假外出時，瞥見一名男子，形似追查多日的30餘歲簡姓竊盗通緝犯，在上前查看，確定犯嫌使用的車輛與樣貌無誤後，考量隻身上前有其危險性，且若無法一舉成擒，恐打草驚蛇，故自奇美博物館一路尾隨至東區裕農路，見該名通緝犯進入某知名賣場，不到五分鐘即欲離開，支援警力適時趕抵到場，共同趨前盤查，確認該名男子為本月10日橋頭地檢所發布之竊盜通緝犯無誤，現場執行附帶搜索，在簡嫌的手提袋內發現二十多條知名品牌牙膏，價值4千3百餘元。
永康分局大橋派出所所長王棋賝表示，警員劉耿銘係104 年行政警察特考班，在畢業從警五年期間，查獲各類案件近千件，偵辦經驗豐富，擁有過目不忘及調閱監視器的好眼力，曾破獲逾年、甚或3年前舊案，同時擁有調閱監視器的技能，因而破獲或發揮為民服務之優良事蹟甚多。劉員在今年9月間，即成功在監視器最後畫面地點週遭，成功尋獲智能障礙走失女子，獲選警察局當月好人好事事蹟。

分局長甘炎民表示，劉員平時勤務相當認真，感謝劉員除惡務盡的個性，休假時間積極查獲罪犯，並能兼顧自己的人身安全，展現現代警察打擊犯罪的專業與積極熱誠，獲得民眾與商家的讚賞與認同，另再次呼籲心存歹念、做壞事的人，千萬不要心存僥倖，「歹路不可行！」，勿以惡小而為之，為惡者終會受到處罰。
