深夜行竊珠寶行得逞 警過濾上百對象鎖定嫌犯逮捕送辦

台南市20日深夜某珠寶玉石行警報器大響，商家發現遭竊急忙報警處理，台南市警察局第二分局海安派出所接獲報案，所長何家慶及鑑識小組立即到場勘驗，也即成立專案小組全力偵辦。經多日比對周邊行經之人車，逐一過濾身分及行經方向，鎖定吳姓慣竊涉有重嫌，於27日下午15時聲持搜索票在府前路段住處將吳嫌緝捕，搜索過程並從其身上起獲第二級毒品安非他命1包1.02公克，全案帶回調查後將吳嫌依竊盜罪嫌及毒品危害防制條例調查送辦。

經查，吳嫌20日深夜4時許騎乘機車至民族路段，以徒步方式四處尋找犯案目標，發現一間珠寶玉石行門窗未緊閉乃侵入行竊，嫌犯先剪斷破壞監視器線路後四處搜刮，計竊取櫃檯現金12萬元及物品，殊不知影像仍傳送店家雲端備份，吳嫌在行竊中觸動警報聲響慌忙離去，專案小組經多日比對過濾周邊行經之人車，從身分、特徵逐一比對上百名對象資料，也為博愛所所長陳柏文一眼認出及提供吳嫌之短髮特徵後，並清查其所使用車輛及活動動線後鎖定其涉有重嫌。案經員警聲持搜索票於27日下午在其住處趁其返家時將其逮捕，也當場於其外套口袋內起獲第二級毒品安非他命1包1.02公克，但行竊所得之金錢均已花用殆盡，全案調查後將其依毒品危害防制條例及竊盜罪嫌送辦。

第二分局表示，民眾對住處或營業場所之防竊措施，除門窗應注意是否老舊破損外，另可添加裝設感應燈光、警報聲響及監視器等均可增加防竊效果，以防宵小趁機犯案，如有問題亦可聯繫警方到場作防竊諮詢及建議。
