影/佯裝油漆行 永康警破獲萬顆感冒藥提煉麻黃鹼製毒工廠

台南市政府警察局永康分局於8月份獲報一處油漆行內有不詳男子疑似駕駛自小客車載運製毒器具，經專案人員長達4個月的執行跟監、蒐證，發現姚姓(75年次）、卓姓（77年次）、陳姓（78年次）、楊姓（69年次）等4人，涉嫌以感冒藥提煉成麻黃素，再販賣予不詳犯嫌製造第二級毒品安非他命之用。專案小組於（14）日，俟時機成熟，兵分二路同步發動搜索，分別在嘉義縣及臺南市逮捕姚姓主嫌4人到案，全案初步偵處移送臺南地檢署，姚姓主嫌等3名犯嫌遭檢察官聲押，警方將持續擴大偵辦。

經查，姚姓主嫌與3名犯嫌在嘉義所承租鐵皮屋，刻意在屋外放置佯裝油漆行的招牌，利用感冒藥製造毒品工廠並駕駛自小客車載運製毒器具，案經專案人員長達4個月執行跟監、蒐證，發現姚姓犯嫌等4人涉嫌共同以感冒藥提煉成麻黃素，再販賣予不詳犯嫌製造第二級毒品安非他命之用，專案小組隨即報請臺南地檢署呂檢察官舒雯指揮偵辦，在蒐證期間發現犯嫌等人透過不斷更換藏放器具的處所，也不斷更換載運的車輛試圖製造斷點，躲避警方查緝。專案小組於14日，俟時機成熟，兵分二路同步發動搜索，分別在嘉義縣及臺南市拘提姚姓主嫌4人到案，同時也在現場查扣感冒藥丸4萬餘顆、第四級毒品假麻黃鹼成品122公克、半成品400公斤、製毒器具、化學原料一批，專案人員花7個多小時並動用10噸的卡車才將扣押設備載回，全案初步偵處後移送地檢署，經檢察官聲押，除楊嫌外之3名嫌犯於昨（16）日裁定收押禁見，警方將持續擴大偵辦。

永康分局長甘炎民表示，警政署全面執行威力掃蕩專案工作，查緝製毒工廠是遏止黑幫與不法金流相當重要目標，尤其毒品危害社會甚大，應機先攔阻流入市面，影響民眾身體健康，所幸警方及時破獲該製毒工廠，查扣大量毒品，讓毒品無法擴散影響國人，更呼籲應遠離毒品交友圈，以及不因好奇心作祟以身試法而後悔莫及。
