永康警破獲魚塭工寮暗藏槍枝改造工廠 逮兩名在逃通緝犯到案

南警全面威力掃蕩實施清源，一舉破獲槍枝改造工廠，查扣仿克拉克非制式手槍1支、子彈50顆、大量槍枝零組件（已灌通槍管２８支、空子彈３００顆）改造工具１批以及６５０公克愷他命等證物，並逮獲逃逸的兩名通緝犯（槍砲通緝與妨害自由通緝），南警持續擴大掃蕩追緝專案。
查扣仿克拉克非制式手槍1支、子彈50顆、大量槍枝零組件（已灌通槍管２８支、空子彈３００顆）改造工具１批以及６５０公克愷他命等證物。
永康分局專案小組循線逮捕槍砲通緝犯之戴姓嫌犯(70年次)疑似躲藏於魚塭工寮，並涉及改造槍、彈牟利，歷經蒐證調查，見時機成熟，專案小組率霹靂攻堅小組前往嘉義縣東石鄉一處魚塭工寮執行搜索攻堅，一舉逮獲戴姓槍砲通緝犯(70年次，雲林地檢通緝)與林姓妨害自由通緝犯(88年次，臺中地檢通緝)等2人到案，並起獲仿克拉克非制式手槍1支、子彈50顆、槍管半成品４支、槍枝零組件1批、火藥1罐、彈頭1批、彈匣零件1批、火藥、桌上型車床1台、鑽頭1批等工具及毒品約６５０公克愷他命等證物，全案訊後將依違反槍砲及毒品條例罪嫌移送地檢署偵辦。
經查戴嫌不但隱藏槍砲通緝身份，表面從事養蚵行業，實際卻涉嫌將改造槍彈工廠藏匿於偏僻魚塭工寮，以規避警方查緝，除改造槍枝牟利外，戴嫌連同改造槍枝所用子彈一併製造販賣，加上疑有其他人犯躲藏，警方蒐證掌握戴嫌行蹤以及相關犯罪事證後，立即報請嘉義地方法院核發搜索票，於昨（28）日由專案小組率霹靂攻堅小組持搜索票，至戴嫌藏匿魚塭工寮實施攻堅，破獲該改造工廠與毒品等案件。攻堅過程中意外發生氣爆事件，疑似因火藥粉塵與瓦斯爐所引發，偵處案件同仁亦現場受到驚嚇，趕赴現場之消防人員見此大陣仗警力，原誤會係發生警匪衝突事件，所幸爆炸當時屋內已無相關人員，無人傷亡。

臺南市政府警察局局長方仰寧表示，過去台南沿海地區發生開槍事件，已全面動員清源積極佈線追查相關可疑藏匿地區與對象，嚴防有藏匿或犯罪情事，所幸破獲該起製造改造槍枝工廠，以減低對地區安全的危害，並呼籲民眾多協助注意周遭可疑人事物，隨時向警方通報，以淨化地區治安與安全；另永康分局長甘炎民亦表示，擁槍自重是警方掃蕩犯罪列為最重要的目標，永康警將會強化查緝力道，呼籲民眾勿以身試法。
