台南永康警深入社區掃蕩職業賭場 過年前斷絕不法金流

永康分局執行清源專案2.0及 112年重要節日安全維護工作，持續打擊隱藏於一般社區住宅之各類犯罪，藉由友善通報網深入社區消「賭」，於6日在永康區中華路一棟大樓破獲吳姓嫌犯所經營地下簽賭站，查扣傳真機、下注簽單等證物，全案於昨（7）日依賭博罪移送法辦。

永康分局布建的友善通報網發揮功能，在本轄永康區中華路某大樓疑有地下簽賭站藏匿，警方立即成立專案小組派員跟監，發現吳男（67歲）重操舊業，為規避警方查緝，在本轄永康區中華路某大樓承租公寓，特別選在律師事務所隔壁，在內經營地下簽賭站，企圖掩人耳目，經蒐證後向臺南地方法院申請搜索票，於6日晚上，見時機成熟後，趁吳男疏於防備之際，警方進入該出租地點，當場查獲吳嫌經營今彩539地下簽賭站，現場查扣傳真機3臺、下注簽單1批、賭客名單1批、手機2支等證物，搜索期間，賭客下注簽單不斷傳真過來，傳真紙已不夠使用，吳嫌還特地請人專程送傳真紙過來，以免錯失賺錢良機，經統計吳嫌從去年9月份經營至今，總投注金額高達新臺幣1300多萬，全案偵訊後依法移請臺南地檢署偵辦。

永康分局長甘炎民表示，配合社區警政再出發，結合警民共同來打擊隱藏於社區、住宅、大樓等非公共場所的犯罪（毒品、賭博、非法槍械、詐欺機房、汽機車解體工廠及私刑拘禁等各類犯罪），利用布建網絡防制犯罪，讓民眾感受到政府對於強力執法展現出的具體作為，保障居民生活環境安全品質，讓民眾有感。
