男子菜市場鞋店偷樑換柱 拜神中遭警查獲送辦
10日夜間9時許一名男子至中西區青年路東市場內四處遊走，發現某鞋商之倉庫未上鎖，竟擅入竊取一雙棕色勃肯鞋(價值約1,000元)，且以狸貓換太子方法，將自身原穿著拖鞋遺留現場。案經被害人早上營業時發現鞋子遭竊，即向台南市警察局第二分局博愛派出所報案。員警到場勘察並調閱市場周邊監視器，於10時許在青年路之臺灣府城隍廟內立即碰到陳姓竊嫌，當場為警逮捕並帶回依竊盜罪送辦。

博愛所員警初步調閱監視器鎖定犯嫌後，正全力調閱其行經動線，而代理所長林盟爵也因配合東嶽殿及該所熱心志工邱惠美等共同舉辦之寒冬捐助熱血活動，於9時率員前往東嶽殿挽袖捐血並實施防竊、防詐及交通安全宣導活動。甫捐完血返所途中行經青年路之臺灣府城隍廟時，發現1名與查緝中竊嫌神似之人走入廟中，經員警追入查看，看見陳男(45歲、高雄人、恐嚇資料)正虔誠高舉雙手膜拜神明，但馬上為員警發現其腳上正穿著行竊得手之鞋子，當場為警帶回調查並依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

員警後續偵辦也通知被害人來將遭竊之勃肯鞋領回，警員王品淞見陳嫌無鞋可穿且身無分文，乃自掏腰包至派出所對面商場購買1雙涼鞋供其穿著，以免赤腳寒凍受傷，也展現警察暖心之一面。第二分局也表示，年關將屆，店家或民眾於人潮較多之時段及處所，應多注意防竊防扒警覺，如有發現可疑之人均可立即聯繫警察機關來到場處理。
