年關將屆，各項尾牙、飲宴增多，為確維道路交通安全、嚴打酒駕惡行，並貫徹警政署實施「威力掃蕩」及同步執行加強重要節日等專案勤務，台南市政府警察局第二分局於14日22時起動員30名警力針對轄區酒店、酒吧、電子遊戲場、養生館等處所及重要路段實施臨檢路檢勤務，整晚勤務計查獲毒品案2件2人、酒後駕車涉犯公共危險5件5人，依法送辦！

第二分局民權所所長何家慶14日22時45分帶班在中華西路二段路檢時，攔下1部自小客車聞到車內散發濃厚愷他命氣味，經示意駕駛劉男(25歲、安平區人)下車受檢，看著他慌張的撥動中央扶手物品也讓員警特別留心注意，後續果然在扶手置物處內發現1瓶塑膠盒粉末，雖以菸品涼爽粉來回應員警詢問，但馬上也為經驗豐富之何所長戳破謊言，經帶回毒品及尿液檢驗均呈現第三級毒品愷他命陽性反應，所查扣粉末計3.69公克，全案調查後依毒品危害防制條例送辦。

海安所副所長高德陵於15日0時50分帶班至民生路二段某酒吧臨檢時，一下車發現某輛停放於路旁之租賃汽車窗戶未緊閉，員警查看時也眼尖立即在副駕駛座腳踏墊上發現1只吸食毒品用之K盤。經當場立即調閱監視器確認駕駛特徵，再配合酒吧之臨檢查察比對查出駕駛人為鄭姓男子(28歲、永康人)，經帶同至車內取出k盤及毒品粉末殘渣，續將其帶回毒品及尿液檢驗均呈現第三級毒品愷他命陽性反應，調查後將鄭嫌依毒品危害防制條例送辦。
第二分局表示，「清源專案2.0」主要是針對酒店、KTV、社區大樓、飯店旅宿業、等可能衍生的各類刑案與犯罪處所，透由加強聯繫及運用各項清查掃蕩勤務作為，嚴打各項不法活動，相關擴大臨檢勤務也在員警之落實執行下有所斬獲，本項重點工作將持續不間斷來賡續落實執行，以全面淨化社會環境。
