「辣個男人」回來了 「諸葛洪中」任台鋼雄鷹創隊首任總教練

洪一中確定與職棒新軍台鋼雄鷹隊史首位主帥。
「辣個男人」回來了！大家可以回家了！今（16）日下午「職棒第六隊」台鋼雄鷹舉辦創隊首任總教練發布記者會，與會貴賓有台鋼集團會長謝裕民、台鋼雄鷹董事長王炯棻、創隊首任總教練、高雄市政府運動發展局局長侯尊堯以及中華職業棒球大聯盟秘書長楊清瓏。
台鋼雄鷹是洪一中繼桃猿和富邦悍將之後，第3支擔任總教練的職棒隊伍。球團端出三年合約邀請洪一中，洪一中相當滿意合約內容。洪總表示，他的首要任務是幫助隊中年輕球員成長，一步一腳印，從零開始慢慢累積勝場數。目標是帶領台鋼雄鷹3年進季後賽，5年奪得總冠軍。
台鋼雄鷹在中職34年（2023年）球季會先在二軍奮戰，2024年登上一軍。洪總目前總教練生涯累積991勝844敗，若再帶領台鋼雄鷹奪下9勝的話，將成為史上首位千勝教頭。「諸葛洪中」會帶領他的家鄉球隊創造出何等奇蹟，球迷們都在期待。
