墾丁大街遊客失去呼吸心跳 急需AED竟發現壞了

農曆春節假期結束，恆春半島今年湧入滿滿旅遊人潮， 1月26日大年初五墾丁大街有遊客疑似心肌梗塞，忽然在人群中倒下無呼吸心跳，恆春分局墾丁派出所員警接獲報案後前往協助，當時有遊客欲拿墾丁派出所內廠商捐贈之AED對患者急救，該機器因多年未使用無法運作，幸有其他熱心民眾對患者施作CPR，順利讓其恢復生命跡象，後續由救護人員送至醫院確認無大礙。
恆春分局表示，墾丁所內AED為私人廠商所捐贈，因捐贈後未提供相關保養及維修，致疏於管理而無法運作，另墾丁國家公園管理處於墾丁國家公園範圍內之墾丁大街前段保七總隊第八大隊部、後段的小灣潛水中心，各有設置AED，供遊客需要急救時使用。
