一起國道三號土城交流道發生的砸車事件，影片瘋傳到號稱美國Ptt的美國網路論壇Reddit三寶版（Idiots In Cars）熱議榜首，還吸引了25.6萬讚，跟超過1000則的討論，網友更酸：真的是讓世界看到台灣了！

這起事件發生在2月3號下午3點左右，國道3號土城交流道出口處，一輛貨車與兩輛賓士互不相讓，途中更發生賓士車停在路肩與另一輛小客車，透過車窗交換物品，最後賓士車在匝道出口攔下貨車，黑衣人隨即掏出球棒，將貨車前擋風玻璃砸成蜘蛛網狀，貨車行車記錄器畫面曝光後，遭網友熱議，更登上美國網路論壇Reddit，今天成為三寶版（Idiots In Cars）最熱門。

據警方了解砸車球棒隊22歲張姓主嫌在（6）日在板橋高鐵站遭警方逮捕，另外王姓共犯在嘉義落網，並持續追查其他涉案對象，他們是3日從嘉義北上到三峽遊玩，因行車糾紛才砸貨車，並稱當持傳遞交換的物品是口罩。網友也笑說「WBC棒球強國，終於登上美國」、「台灣棒球隊打球」、「讓世界看見台灣了」、「希望能揚名國際」。
