八十餘歲老翁深夜站路口稱「接到兵單」 南警一分局協助返家

老伯深夜稱「接獲兵單」要去服役報效國家。
一名年約八十餘歲的老伯揹著背包，在深夜獨自在台南市東區東平路上徘徊，民眾見狀有異隨即報警請警方前往協助處理。員警到場關心後發現，老伯稱他接獲兵單，要服役於陸軍通訊兵報效國家。過程中員警得知老伯當年服役於陸軍通訊兵，並聯絡家屬協助返家。
南市警一分局莊敬派出所在11日22時20分許接獲民眾至所報案，稱東平路上有位老伯身上揹著背包，獨自在馬路上徘徊，請警方前往協助處理。本所巡邏員接獲報案前往該路段查看，果然看到一名年約八十餘歲的老伯揹著背包，佇立在馬路上東張西望的，員警見狀便趨前關心詢問，老伯向警方告知稱自己接到兵單正要前去軍隊報到。過程中得知老伯可能患有失智症症狀，遂先將老伯帶返所歇息以方便查證身分。在返所途中，警方得知葉姓老伯，當年服役於陸軍通訊兵，老伯在巡邏車上不停向警方說自己接到兵役通知書，要去軍隊報到，重新報效國家等話語。

案經員警聯繫家屬到所後並說明父親因年事已高，且失智症狀時好時壞，近期原本想帶去醫院檢查，孰料今夜趁家人休息時，竟然揹著包走到街道上要去軍隊報到，這情況也讓兒子感到啼笑皆非。對於員警能夠積極處理協助父親安然回家，心中十分感謝。南市警一分局莊敬派出所所長郭仲正表示，警察工作除認真做好治安、交通工作外，對於同仁這次能迅速協助失智長者重回家庭，締造溫暖，傳為佳話，未來也將持續發揮警察無遠弗屆的力量，盡心盡力為民眾服務。
