路旁普洱茶也敢偷 員警盯監視器7小時查偷茶男

男子騎乘機車行經西門路某普洱茶專賣店前，停下車來將兩箱價值2萬4,000元的普洱茶搬上機車載回家。
50歲邱姓男子騎乘機車行經西門路某普洱茶專賣店前，見有2箱普洱茶裝箱放置店家前騎樓，竟停下車來以徒手方式將兩箱價值2萬4,000元的普洱茶搬上機車載回家。店家發現後立馬報警，員警緊盯監視器7個小時，終於發現一部機車行經商家前道路多了兩箱物品，前往邱男住處查訪，赫然發現所行竊之2箱普洱茶就放在客廳中，當場將其帶回調查並依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
兩箱普洱茶，價值2萬4,000元。
經警方了解，該家普洱茶專賣店是將12筒84片有20年份之普洱茶分裝兩箱，準備等候宅配公司來收取配送。不料一時不注意，竟為邱男騎機車經過時趁機搬運載走，總計損失約2萬4,000元。
店家報案後，南門派出所警員整整連續用了7小時的時間，詳細反覆看著監視器影像，終於看到昏暗夜色中，邱男乘機車經過商家又折返下車，在騎樓處走動及搬運模糊影像，但離去時機車踏板上多了2箱物品，馬上為員警鎖定。後續擴大調閱周邊監視器查知邱男身分，於17日下午5時前往其住處時，當場在其客廳發現行竊所得之2箱普洱茶，當場查扣並將邱男帶回調查後依竊盜罪嫌送辦；另2箱普洱茶葉也通知被害人來領回。

第二分局表示，民眾之財產安全為警察機關所重視，各類竊盜案件必定窮盡各項偵查方法來力求偵破，以遏阻宵小再度犯案；另提醒民眾對自身物品應多一分防竊警覺，當可減少被害之機會。
