主嫌洪政軍、孔祥志中國落網，警方預計今下午押返台。
台南88槍案今有重大進展，主使者「紅龜」洪政軍及「槍手」孔祥志，在案發後潛逃中國後，在今日落網，警方預計今（25）日下午將兩人押解回台。
去年11月10日在選前發生的學甲88槍槍擊案，槍手孔祥志持槍到台南市學甲區到前民進黨中執委郭再欽先前經營的公司連開58槍，接著到前台南市議員謝財旺競選總部鐵門掃射30槍，案發逃到大陸。
