黑金腐城台南市議長賄選案，謝龍介發聲了！台南地檢署昨（2）日依涉嫌違反公職人員選舉罷免法，將議長邱莉莉、副議長林志展以及前民進黨中執委郭再欽等10人提起公訴。對此，國民黨台南市議員謝龍介給出回應。謝龍介表示：「我高度肯定台南地檢署偵辦此案的魄力與效率，在偵結後起訴邱莉莉、郭再欽等十人。台南市議長選舉用買票賄選這種落伍的方式，簡直就是羞辱選民的智慧。」
接著，謝龍介展現「一生監督你一人」的精神向民進黨主席賴清德喊話：「賴清德貴為民進黨黨主席，應拿出你的高道德標準，你應該要求邱莉莉辭去議長的職位，讓台南市議會重新改選。」
謝龍介強調：「如果清德兄無法展現強力的手腕，來處理全國矚目邱議長的賄選案，2024的總統大選清德兄恐怕要失去本命區的支持。我對清德兄有高度的期待，這也是台南市民共同的期待。」
日前針對府城黑金案喊出「88聲槍響背後的腐臭膿瘡必須徹底清創」的前立委黃國昌，昨日也於臉書上回應：「支持檢方嚴厲究辦這些橫跨藍綠的無恥政客，呼籲邱莉莉、林志展二人，展現基本的廉恥，知所進退，別讓台南市議會繼續籠罩在黑金的陰影之下！ 」
