男子搭大眾運輸四處行竊 警籲店家財務要顧好

男子在南台灣犯下15起竊案，警詢後依竊盜罪嫌法辦。
嘉義市46歲林姓男子涉嫌於3月1日在台南市歸仁區犯下冰店竊案，警方擴大追查出，林犯案均搭乘火車及公車等大眾交通運輸工具，藉以逃避警方追緝，昨天在嘉義市拘提他到案，從2月以來已在南台灣犯下15起竊案，警詢後依竊盜罪嫌法辦。
日前本市歸仁區發生一起竊嫌趁店家營業前，忙於備料疏於看守之際，進入店家行竊得逞案，歸仁警分局於受理後，立即組成專案小組調閱周遭監視器進行比對分析，發現林姓竊嫌涉有重嫌，惟該名竊嫌居無定所，且犯案均搭乘火車及公車等大眾交通運輸工具，藉以逃避警方追緝，徒增警方查緝難度。

歸仁警分局偵查過程，發現林嫌除涉及本市歸仁、麻豆、新化、善化等行政區多起竊案外，犯案軌跡更擴及高雄、屏東、嘉義等縣市，歸仁警分局專案小組除與相關單位資訊整合，並持續調閱多組監視器，抽絲剝繭層層分析，鎖定犯嫌躲藏地點後，立即向臺南地檢署聲請拘票，並於昨（4）日將林嫌緝捕到案，全案至少清查出15件竊案，竊取金額更達新臺幣60萬元，全案經詢問後依涉嫌竊盜案移請臺南地檢署偵辦。
歸仁警分局長邱顯良表示，竊賊常利用民眾疏於注意或忙於其他事物時行竊，竊盜案發生除造成民眾財產損失外，更會直接影響民眾心中的恐慌與不安全感，呼籲民眾應隨時留意身邊可疑人事物，對於現金或有價值物品更須妥善保管，避免讓歹徒有覬覦及下手時機。
