東港民宿奧客退房留一片狼藉 業者求償22k遭嗆要「烙人來」

近日疫情解封，國旅復甦眾人紛紛出國之際，仍有許多 人選擇在臺灣旅遊，增進國內觀光經濟發展，近日屏東縣東港鎮時逢假日，有外地觀光客到東港鎮一家民宿投宿，離去時卻毀損房物、且留下垃圾並在網路上留下一星負評，種種的奧客行徑令民宿老闆傻眼至派出所報案提告求償。
屏東縣東港分局東港派出所警於(12）日受理旅宿業者「帆船會館」至所報案稱其民宿於112年3月11日接到一群入住旅客，蘇姓業者表示於該群旅客們入住前已先告知相關入住規範請其遵守，且旅客們均表示願意遵守並配合。惟該群旅客們於11日入住後不僅不遵守民宿業者所條列織入住規範，於12日退房後，經民宿業者進入民宿房間整理之際發現民宿內環境髒亂、且蘇姓業者所擁有之物品有遭毀損之情事。
經民宿蘇姓業者清點財物時發現其所擁有之陶瓷碗盤2個及椅墊2片遭旅客毀損破裂。圖_東港警分局提供
經警方依規定受理業者報案並開立受理報案證明單進行偵辦，經警方了解後並至現場查看該民宿遭毀損之狀況及拍照，於現場之客廳地板及椅墊上有大面積之檳榔汁液之沾附，除此之外另有菸蒂、檳榔渣、廚餘及啤酒瓶等物品散落地板各處，現場畫面狼藉令人怵目驚心。後經民宿蘇姓業者清點財物時發現其所擁有之陶瓷碗盤2個及椅墊2片遭旅客毀損破裂，蘇姓業者發現後依預定該民宿住宿之旅客訂房所留之資訊聯繫告知此情況，並要求向該訂房旅客酌收民宿清潔費、臭氧殺菌費用及因民宿客房無法及時清理所造成之營業損失共計約莫新臺幣2萬2000元，另民宿蘇姓業者其遭旅客毀損之陶瓷碗盤2個及椅墊2片(損失為新臺幣800元)，損失金額約莫新臺幣2萬2800元左右。惟該群旅客聽聞後不僅拒絕賠償全部金額外，僅願意留下新臺幣5000元予民宿蘇姓業者，事後還至網路上留下一星負評，甚至說要烙人來等語恐嚇威脅蘇姓民宿業者，另其心生畏懼。警方依據蘇姓民宿業者提供之當日預定住宿之旅客資料及現場監視器影像及時受理並偵辦，後續並通知相關嫌疑人到案說明偵辦。
