屏東看守所昨日傍晚4時許傳出受刑人傷人脫逃事件，受刑人涂俊煒於進行自主監外作業時脫逃，並搶走一部轎車當代步工具逃亡。
40歲屏東看守所外役監受刑人涂俊煒於昨(27)日15時許，在新埤鄉打鐵段某檸檬園受僱務農時，與巫姓果農因細故引發口角及扭打，以致巫民臉部、胸口多處挫傷，現已住院觀察中，隨後涂嫌搶奪巫民（淺棕色TOYOTA)自小客車鑰匙駕車逃逸至高雄市區，目前由刑事局南部犯罪打擊中心、潮州警分局刑警大隊及潮州分局偵查隊共組專案小組全力追緝中。
據刑事警察局昨晚發布緊急查緝專刊，72年次的男子涂俊煒，今午4時許，在自主監外作業時，涉及「自主監外作業脫逃傷害案」，警方公佈身體特徵，身形瘦小，耳朵較醒目，可能出入藏匿處所為全臺，警方現正全台搜索查緝當中。
