你上榜了嗎？台南市酒駕累犯公布近1年 共達175人次

台南市交通局今（30）日公布第21批酒（毒）駕累犯名單20人，酒駕新法在111年3月31日上路一年後，共計公布175人次，交通局表示，酒駕累犯名單公布措施執行後，台南市酒駕肇事死傷人數明顯下降約20%，已略見成效，市府道安團隊將持續加強各項防制酒駕取締勤務及酒後找代駕宣導。

交通局局長王銘德表示，依照現行道路交通管理處罰條例第35條的規定，違規人如果在10年內有2次以上酒後駕車或是拒測的情形，除了罰鍰、吊銷駕照、道路交通安全講習等處分外，還會被公告姓名、照片及違法事實，資料公布於交通局網站「臺南市酒駕及拒測累犯者公布專區」。

交通局表示，自修法公布酒駕累犯以來，111年4月到12月間警察機關舉發本市的酒駕違規共有4,920件，較前一年同期110年4月到12月間舉發4,811件，增加109件，約2.3%；因酒駕肇事致人死傷的人數，111年4月到12月間死亡8人、受傷737人，相較前一年同期110年4月到12月間死亡20人、受傷911人，減少死亡12人、受傷174人，酒駕肇事死傷人數約降低20%，警察機關執法強度增加及累犯名單公布等措施，對於遏止酒駕違規已有相當的成效。

交通事件裁決中心呼籲「喝酒不開車，開車不喝酒」，駕駛人如有需求，可找代駕服務或搭乘大眾運輸，以確保平安返家。酒駕除了可能涉及刑法公共危險罪以外，違規人並有罰鍰、吊扣銷駕照、道路交通安全講習等處罰，所駕駛的車輛也會連帶受到吊扣車牌2年的處分，違規累犯者更會被公告姓名、照片及違法事實，提醒駕駛人於飲酒後切勿開車。
