台南市今（21）日上午8時許，有民眾路過台南市安平區安平運河望月橋旁時，發現一名婦人在水中載浮載沉，嚇的立即報警，台南市警察局第四分局接獲報案，立即趕往現場救援，警消獲報到場後，發現一名婦人漂浮在河面，隨即將該名婦人打撈上岸，但已明顯死亡。
現場為一名女性，年約60-70歲，周遭無發現交通工具，身體外表初步觀察無外傷，現場留有長夾、疑似為死者所有。經由警察通知家屬到場確認死者身份，該名婦人姓顏（42年次，住北區），家屬在製作筆錄時有跟警方說死者患有憂鬱症狀，但沒有留遺書，死因待檢察官相驗。
