臺南市政府警察局第四分局育平派出所，警員黃傑然、黃育群昨（24）日3時45分執行巡邏勤務，在安平區國平路、建平七街路口，發現1輛黑色自客小車來回繞行且有闖紅燈右轉違規行為，予以攔停盤查，25歲陳姓男駕駛，停車後，自願同意配合警察搜索，在車內查獲混合型毒品咖啡包100包重566公克，陳嫌尿液初篩，亦呈現三級毒品陽性反應，全案依毒品罪移送臺南地檢署偵辦。

陳嫌因缺錢花用，在交友軟體群組內詢問有無賺快錢的管道，接獲上手以新臺幣8,000元的代價，鋌而走險，唆使陳嫌將上述查扣毒品由臺南市南區送至安平區，等候買家取貨付款。
毒品危害防制條例第4條，製造、運輸、販賣第3級毒品者，處7年以上有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣1,000萬元以下罰金。
警員在陳嫌車內查獲混合型毒品咖啡包100包重566公克
第四分局分局長王子雄表示，育平所警員黃傑然、黃育群深夜執行巡邏勤務，積極認真，主動攔查可疑車輛，查獲大量毒品，將報請臺南市政府警察局頒發破案茶表揚。同時也對於毒品來源，向上溯源追查藥頭，淨化社區治安，若發現可疑毒品情資，請撥打110檢舉。
