比手畫腳也要賭 南警破獲天九牌職業賭場赫見瘖啞人士

永康分局於今（28）日凌晨在永康區永大路某釣蝦場後方鐵皮屋破獲天九牌職業賭場
台南市警察局永康分局於今（28）日凌晨在永康區永大路某釣蝦場後方鐵皮屋破獲天九牌職業賭場，由保安大隊特殊任務編組帶頭破門攻堅衝進屋內查緝，大聲喝令屋內人員不准動，查獲包含賭場姚姓（62年次）負責人與林姓（65年次）清注人員及現場賭客共計29人，在清查身分時，專案人員發現除一般正常賭客外，其中還有10名賭客為瘖啞人士，雖然無法言語但比手畫腳，賭起天九牌來不輸一般正常人。

據了解，姚姓賭場負責人除招攬一般賭客外，也招攬瘖啞人士到場聚賭，該10名瘖啞人士來自各處，平時都以手機簡訊再相約至賭場，姚姓主嫌除用比手畫腳方式外就是以手機輸入文字與瘖啞賭客進行對話，警方在場查緝時誤以為賭客在比手畫腳打案號串證，經查證結果為瘖啞人士，真是讓現場查緝員警大開眼界。

永康分局接獲線報指稱永康區永大路某一釣蝦場後方鐵皮屋看似已慌廢，但於夜間經常有人車進出且出入份子複雜，分局長甘炎民指示由偵查隊、督察組、警備隊及派出所成立專案小組查緝，經一個月的蒐證，確定是流動天九牌職業賭場，隨即報請檢察官向法官聲請搜索票，由保安警察大隊特殊任務編組成員攜帶裝備，於凌晨1時許，帶頭破門攻堅，當場在密不通風的鐵皮屋內查獲負責人姚姓犯嫌及林姓清注工作人員及現場賭客27人，共計29人，並查扣天九牌1副、骰子1盒、抽頭金新臺幣4300元等證物。全案將姚、林2嫌依刑法賭博罪嫌移送法辦外，其餘27名賭客依社會秩序維護法各裁處新臺幣9000元。

永康分局甘炎民表示，針對各項不法犯罪，查緝犯罪不會鬆懈也不會手軟，職業賭場是治安毒瘤，容易衍生幫派、黑道、槍械等暴力犯罪，影響社會治安，千萬不要心存僥倖，切勿以身試法，呼籲民眾如發現周遭有任何可疑，請立即撥打110報案專線或與轄區派出所聯繫。
