一名陳姓被害人向台南市政府警察局第一分局府東派出所報案指稱，於111年底在網路學習股票投資技術分析時，詐騙集團以向被害人謊稱可以找到飆股，遊說被害人匯款並交付現金。被害人抱著學習投資的心態，陸續投入資金，直至出金時，才發現遭到詐騙。第一分局接獲報案後，立即成立專案小組，於(29)日13時許詐騙集團要求再次交付資金時，於裕農路某民宅前當場查獲周姓主嫌、詹姓及陳姓接應共犯等合計共3人，全案詢後移送南地檢署偵辦！

陳姓被害人於111年底在網路學習股票投資技術分析時，加入名為「胡睿涵Line群組」之通訊軟體群組，遭自稱是投顧助理的楊姓女子主動要求加Line，並向被害人誆稱可以找到飆股迅速獲利。被害人因於投資初期測試出金狀況正常，陸續依照詐騙集團指示，匯款與面交資金達新臺幣上千萬，直到無法出金時始發現遭詐騙。第一分局接獲報案後，立即成立專案小組，經分析匯款帳戶金流並調閱監視器交叉比對，於(29)日13時許詐騙集團要求再次交付資金時，於裕農路某民宅前當場查獲周姓主嫌、詹姓及陳姓接應共犯等合計共3人，並查扣假證件1批、證券公司收據1批、公司章3個、手機6支等證物，全案詢後移送南地檢署偵辦！

經查，該詐騙集團犯罪手法係假冒元大投顧財金頻道「理財最前線」主持人胡睿涵名義，以其財金專業形象取信被害人，在網路上分享投資心法並邀請被害人加入社團，俟被害人加入社團後，另佯稱投資顧問名義要求互加通訊軟體私訊，遊說誘騙被害人漸進式加碼投注資金。因台南市112年第1季攔阻詐騙件數位居直轄市六都之冠，詐騙集團為避免被害人鉅額匯款被警方與金融機構合力攔阻，在被害人加注資金過程中，甚至要求被害人至ATM提領數萬元的小額現金，並於累積至百萬後再面交給詐騙車手。
「理財最前線」主持人胡睿涵另亦於其臉書粉絲專頁貼文公告澄清，只有「藍勾勾」才是胡睿涵本人臉書，而且『睿涵”絕對不會”帶大家投資』。
第一分局分局長歐祖明呼籲，民眾接獲來路不明的投資訊息，應小心求證，並可撥打165反詐騙諮詢專線或就近至轄區派出所詢問，以保障個人財產安全。
