移工深夜駕車不開大燈 遭警攔下起獲各類毒品2男1女送辦
臺南市政府警察局第二分局民權派出所所長何家慶、警員陳俊安等2員，於29日1時30分巡邏行經西門路與民生路口時，發現1輛自小客車深夜行駛於道路未開大燈，後續又發現駕駛未繫安全帶乃上前攔檢盤查。經查明身分，發現車輛是由范姓越南籍移工(33歲)駕車，後方載有同為越南移工之黃男（26歲、有毒品資料）及阮女（25歲）等2名乘客。經相關證件查核，發現乘客黃男於今年5月23日經移民署臺南專勤隊通報行方不明，且自其褲袋內竟隨身攜帶電子磅秤等可疑物品。續經以手電筒照射車內物品，果然在駕駛座後方之置物處內發現毒品咖啡包38包（重189公克），後續又在後行李箱發現1只黑色手提包內，內放置安非他命1包（32.4公克）、K他命 1包（0.95公克）、透明夾鏈袋22個及新臺幣25萬4,000元等物品，案將3人當場逮捕並帶回派出所調查，經實施毒品及尿液檢驗，均呈現第二、三級毒品反應，全案調查後將黃等3嫌依毒品危害防制條例(持有及施用)送辦，並解送專勤隊收容！
員警在後車廂發現1只黑色手提包，內放置安非他命1包（32.4公克）、K他命 1包（0.95公克）、透明夾鏈袋22個及新臺幣25萬4,000元等物品
員警發現，3人深夜自高雄餐敘後北上準備返回永康區工作住處時，因在車內聊天太高興以致於駕車未開大燈為警注意，後續調查中3人極度不配合，對相關毒品來源均相互推塞，但也在員警細心檢查中，在藏有毒物之手提包中發現乘客黃男之相關證件來逐一抽絲剝繭，但3人仍對駕駛座後方置物處經檢測為第二、三級毒品之38包毒品咖啡包來源堅不吐實，後續也在員警詳實完成蒐證、縝密檢驗、證物封存等調查工作後，將黃等3嫌依違反毒品危害防制條例來移送法辦，後續也將溯源追查毒品來源及流向。
