綠能=黑金？ 力暘能源總裁古盛煇400萬交保 立委陳椒華：請檢方揭開最真實的骯髒面貌

由知名能源業者「中租控股」與「力暘能源」攜手推動的「天權四案99MW光電場」於今日(1月16日)舉行啟動送電典禮，同時亦舉行「義暘99MW太陽能光電場」動工典禮，邀請屏東縣長潘孟安（圖＿資料畫面）。
檢方偵辦前經發局長陳凱凌向光電業者索賄案，掌握力暘能源在取得台南市七股區「五天光電場」用地過程疑涉不法，前天同步搜索全台46處地點，並約談該公司總裁、前行政院顧問古盛煇等人到案訊問後，昨天凌晨諭知古聖輝400萬元交保，另5名財務會計、土地規畫人員也分別諭知15萬至20萬元交保。
據了解，力暘能源所建置的光電場還遍及全台各地，包括屏東佳冬、嘉義太保、台中龍井、苗栗頭份、桃園蘆竹以及金門古寧等等。案件所在地台南七股，力暘能源與中租能源合作，斥資200億元興建天英、天心、天柱、天任、天芮等共5個光電案場，佔地300公頃。
時代力量立委陳椒華表示，這些開發案，背後的利益不容小覷。有媒體曾報導，電廠的籌設可以透過申請貸款與建制管銷的價差套利、與電力系統併聯運轉後可賣電給統包商、最終還可以在股市上藉由換股併購的方式套利，龐大的利益使人爭破頭。在台南，大北門地區的綠能開發也多次傳出爭議，如居民參與權未被落實，廠商就先施工等等。
陳椒華強調，光電染黑、綠能蟑螂橫行，絕非人民所期待；而政府官員趁著綠能產業發展圖利業者、撈油水，更是國民所唾棄。在台南，光電弊案、學甲爐碴案、正副議長賄選案、88槍槍擊案等，全都攪和在一起，分明是有人藉著政治勢力在台南大搖大擺地胡作非為。請檢方堅守打貪立場，連根拔出所有案件的真相，務必揭開這些濫用政治資源的老鼠們及他們的同夥，最真實的骯髒面貌。
昨日，力暘能源於臉書發布聲明表示，古盛煇總裁昨日在配合檢調單位調查釐清事件後，已返回工作崗位。
