配合警政署頒「全國同步擴大取締路口不停讓行人執法」專案勤務。圖_屏東警分局提供
為維護「行人安全」，杜絕駕駛人路口不停讓行人，屏東警分局自112年度迄今共計取締「車輛不停讓行人」153件、「無號誌路口未停等」225件，另自5月份起配合警政署頒「全國同步擴大取締路口不停讓行人執法」專案勤務，針對轄內易肇事路口，加強下列違規項目取締：
1、 路口不停讓行人：依道路交通管理處罰條例第44條第2項或第3項，處新臺幣1200-7200元罰鍰。
2、 汽機車遇「閃光紅燈」號誌，未依規定在停止線前「停車再開」：依道路交通管理處罰條例第60條第2項第3款，處新臺幣900-1800元罰鍰。
3、 汽機車遇「停車再開」標誌或「停」標字，未依規定在停止線前「停車再開」：依道路交通管理處罰條例第45條第1項第15款，處新臺幣600-1800元罰鍰。
4、 人行道違規停車：依道路交通管理處罰條例第55條第1項第1款或同條例第56條第1項第1款，處新台幣500-1200元罰鍰。
5、 取締道路障礙、違規設攤：道路交通管理處罰條例第82條第1項各款，處新台幣1200-2400元罰鍰。
屏東警分局表示，透過常態性執法，建立汽機車駕駛人「路口停讓」的觀念，屏東警分局亦積極辦理交通安全講座，加強宣導行人路權的重要；另深入校園，培養學童遵守交通規則的習慣，盼能提升用路人交通安全意識，減少車禍憾事發生。
