臺南市政府警察局第二分局員警與嘉義縣警察局民雄分局共辦詐欺案件中獲報，一名女子平日即有投資虛擬貨幣之喜好，近期準備購買價值130萬元之太達幣（美金計價）投資，有車手將於2日下午前來中西區詐騙取款，車手在面交取款現金前遭警逮送辦！
詐騙集團與被害人約定面交詐騙手法！
案經偵查隊與長樂所員警立即成立專案小組，查訪確認可能遭詐騙李姓被害人(58歲)並前往聯繫，獲知已準備新臺幣現金130萬元，並相約下午5時許將面見簽約交予虛擬貨幣之服務專員。經員警告知為詐騙手段後並與員警共同等候。直至下午5時許謊稱幣商專員之陳姓車手(20歲、高雄人、有詐欺資料)相約在民族路某民宅前出面取款時，員警一擁而上控制行動，身上也取出簽約同意書等證物，而李姓被害人見車手被壓制地面逮捕時，終確信已遭遇詐騙集團，直呼：「真的是詐騙啊」！陳姓車手及李姓被害人均為員警帶回調查，全案調查後將陳嫌依涉嫌詐欺罪嫌移送臺灣臺南地方檢察署偵辦，並向檢察官聲請羈押，後續也將持續追查幕後共犯之不法組織。

被害人李女平日即有投資虛擬貨幣之喜好，近期準備購買價值130萬元之太達幣（美金計價）投資，並透由朋友介紹在LINE群組認識自稱「好幣所」之虛擬貨幣商，並相約2日下午將面見簽約及交付現金130萬元款項。在員警登門查證時，李女仍堅信其所聯繫之幣商絕無問題，也在員警勸說下配合員警一同等候理財專員之到來。
全案調查後將陳嫌依涉嫌詐欺罪嫌移送臺灣臺南地方檢察署偵辦，並向檢察官聲請羈押
第二分局表示，整個查緝過程詐騙集團所指派之陳姓車手也甚為小心，一再變更面交地點，從被害人李女住處、大樓接待室再轉至民族路2段某民家前，藉由變更取款地點以觀察注意有無警察之蹤跡，殊不知其一舉一動早為員警監控中。也在其鬆懈心防出面取款時，員警一擁而上當場控制，終於在130萬元現金前慘遭員警上銬逮捕帶回，而被害人李女在旁也驚呼連連，直稱真的碰到詐騙集團了。陳姓車手經調查後依涉嫌詐欺罪、洗錢防制法等罪嫌移送臺南地檢署偵辦，並將持續溯源追查幕後共犯等不法組織，以刨除詐欺亂源，賡續落實執行「打詐綱領1.5」之各項工作，保護好民眾之財產安全。
