導演陳蔚爾5日凌晨發長文述說性騷擾回憶，表明2010年拍攝高雄市長選舉影片時，曾遭時任幕僚H以開會名義，由司機將她載到汽車旅館。陳蔚爾寫到：「 我記得他有些緩慢隱晦的動作，要抱我，有摸到我，有摸到胸部。這真的too much，僵住的我動作不敢大，連呼吸都屏住的程度。只有順勢推移開，盡量保持距離，後來我看到被子裡有規律的動作，我根本不敢想他在幹嘛。」事發後，導演還收到競選辦公室交付的大筆現金。
陳蔚爾接著透露，之後H還打電話給她，造謠說她會跟客戶上床「換案子」，還調侃「 怎麼我沒有這種好事啊？哈哈哈」陳蔚耳掛上電話後氣哭，認為自己專業遭狠狠踐踏。
陳蔚爾也在文中透露Ｈ的身分：「 直到2014年台北市長選舉前夜，我在媒體報導上，看到了H的名字，當時他綠色變成白色，當上了顧問。現在又由白色染回了綠色，在南部某大城擔任顧問。 」
種種線索都指向一個人，那就是民進黨資深幕僚洪智坤。2010年市長選舉時，她擔任高雄市市長陳菊辦公室主任，操盤選舉。2014年六都市長選舉時，洪智坤擔任時任台北市市長候選人柯文哲的幕僚，柯當選後，洪智坤隨即就任台北市政顧問，之後到台南市府擔任市政顧問。
陳蔚爾的發文引來萬名網友按讚、超過一千次分享，網友紛紛獻上關心表示：「我覺得你很棒！敢勇於揭發惡行 」、「謝謝你說出來，你受苦了！」、「妳真的很棒辛苦了！加油！」、「妳是勇敢的鬥士！加油！」
該文發出不久，洪智坤隨即「對號入座」，於臉書發布六行不到50字的道歉文，遭網友痛罵沒誠意、不可原諒。據了解，可能因為貼文遭網友灌爆，洪智坤目前已關閉臉書帳號。

消息指出，洪智坤過往的言行頗具爭議。媒體人陳嘉宏於臉書表示，洪智坤是個對選舉與政治很有想法的人，也很能聊。不過，只要在民進黨的幕僚圈繞一繞，大概都聽過他的「事」吧。
