台灣#Metoo持續發酵，政壇、媒體界、教育界以及文壇無一倖免。今天，這波風潮燒進了NGO。
一名曾姓網友今日早上於臉書發文指控，地球公民基金會現任執行長蔡中岳於調解會議性騷擾她。發文者表示：「時任直屬主管 Chungyueh Tsai（蔡中岳）即是今天升到執行長的當事人，在會議中，因為人多，穿過椅子！以攔腰勾肩搭背的方式觸摸我的腰與大腿，認識我的人都知道，我一向很敢穿，第一次我挪動身體表示拒絕，但會議人太多，無人察覺異狀，只能以這種姿勢，退無可退，幾乎以被半摟腰的形式在桌面下頭皮發麻開完整場會…（中略）…我與中岳相識於大三，都是花蓮人，一開始他是我們眼中的明星學長，深夜有煩心事也會打電話商量，曾經很要好的朋友，這份濾鏡在一同工作之後很迅速的就被打破。在那場不知道開了多久的會議，我更是窒息又難堪。」
發文者接著說：「調解會上，他用上社工的技巧，說著聽著我的遭遇他感同身受的感覺難過，但他不記得了。很多歷歷在目的事情，不只性騷擾，別的團體都記得，但他跟李根政雙眼相視一笑，異口同聲的說，你記得嗎？」
根據曾姓網友的撰文，受害者似乎不只一人，他表示：「他們錢花太多在行銷與包裝，這位不記得自己做過什麼的加害者，讓我最難承受的或許是隨之而來的辦公室霸凌與冷暴力。我知道受害者跟偷偷支持的人有，這麼多年也只敢偷偷敲我，沒有人敢浮出水面來跟我一起說話。」
他最後強調：「這個圈子的多重標準，隨時都要給人崩潰碎光的感覺了。」
該文一貼出，已累積將近1500按讚以及300次分享。前基隆市議員陳薇仲以及律師李菁琪皆留言聲援。目前，蔡中岳以及地球公民基金會尚未出面回應。

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
