曼城邊後衛Kyle Waker缺席了週二的訓練（圖＿Manchester City）。
曼城將在台灣時間本週(11)日凌晨三點對決國際米蘭，挑戰隊史首座歐冠冠軍。本週二，右後衛Kyle Walker缺席訓練，總教練Pep Guardiola表示：「這只是預防性措施，他的背部有些不適。」
Walker接受Sky Sports訪問時表示：「我很好，只是變老了。過去幾週我的上場時間很多。教練叫我待在家裡，做好準備。我不會因為任何事情而錯過歐冠冠軍賽。」
2021年，曼城在歐冠冠軍戰敗給切爾西。兩個月後，Walker披上英格蘭國家隊戰袍踏進歐錦賽決賽，再度鎩羽而歸，英格蘭在點球大戰上敗給義大利。回憶起那年的經歷，Walker表示：「這是所有偉大球隊必經的過程，你必須經歷失利的過程，然後在挫折中累積對於勝利的渴望。這就是足球，也是職業生涯的一部分，事情不會如此一帆風順。」
