執行長蔡中岳遭控性騷 地球公民基金會：展開獨立調查

地球公民基金會執行長蔡中岳（圖左）昨遭離職員工指控性騷擾（圖＿地球公民基金會網站）。
曾於地球公民基金會工作的網友昨日早上於臉書發文指控，地球公民基金會現任執行長蔡中岳於調解會議性騷擾她。地球公民基金會今於臉書發布聲明表示，已於昨日針對該事件啟動內部處理機制。希望事實可以儘速被澄清，讓當事人及關心此事的支持者與大眾得到充分解釋。
地球公民基金會表示，昨晚已召開臨時董監事會，決議依本會〈性騷擾防治措施及申訴處理要點〉，召集性騷擾申訴處理委員會，由符合性別比例的員工、性平、法律專業人士參與，主動就本案展開調查。相關調查工作則擬由外部專家委員進行獨立調查，審慎釐清本案。後續也將依申訴會的調查結果，循相應的法律規定及本會性騷擾防治制度做出處置，絕不寬貸。
地球公民基金會強調，調查期間，為避免蔡執行長因職務之便影響調查，決議暫停蔡執行長行政管理職務，由兩位副執行長暫代。
地球公民基金會解釋，地球公民自2007年成立至今已邁入第16年，而曾女士是在2012年1月到職，2013年5月離職。由於這起性騷指控發生在10年前，組織深切反省到，未能及早建立會內的性騷擾防治與申訴制度，確保同仁在安全、受尊重與友善的環境工作，是組織發展中的重大缺失。作為一個關注環境正義與平等的組織，應以更嚴格的標準看待組織內性騷擾的情事。
受害者對於這樣的處理方式似乎並不買單，他於下方留言表示：「你們不是因為我，而是原本就因為別的舉報要針對他進行性平吧。如果是因為我，去年2022年3/16的調解會，你們就應該啟動性平。NGO都知道你們內部感情好，啟動內部性平機制有什麼意義，我覺得應該是要更公正的外部審議，並且脫離任何與NGO有相關的利益迴避，身為在環圈工作十一年的我，流言也跟著我十一年，這些都是NGO的同溫層利益緊密相連，一場記者會，多方支援就可以看出一二。內部性平機制，那請公開所有參與性平審議的名單，工作十一年加上媒體公關一年半，什麼秘密誰都對彼此一清二楚。我還是請求專業外部全面的性平機制，以及公開的記者會說明。」
目前，蔡中岳的臉書已關閉，聯繫不到本人出面說明。
