墾丁南灣「連撞4車」肇事男拿球棒逃逸：怕被打

昨日晚間21時許，一輛自小客車恆春鎮南灣路北上車道直行，失控擦撞內車道停等紅燈之自小客車，之後又擦撞3台車，駕駛陳姓男子肇事後從車內爬出，手持球棒往北步行離去，經警方於現場周邊尋獲帶回。本案計有2名傷者，分別為肇事駕駛及被擦撞車輛之乘客，傷勢為臉部擦傷，各個駕駛酒測值皆為0。
經了解陳姓駕駛因服用安眠藥精神狀況不佳，且與妻子吵架心情不好，開車外出找友人，行經事故地點車輛失控肇事，因害怕遭人追究肇事責任，有人要毆打他，才從車內拿球棒逃離現場，現場未有打架情事。
恆春分局分局長林明波表示，肇事駕駛受傷送醫，全案後續依肇事逃逸案偵辦，也呼籲民眾若不慎肇事應立即報案，並採取協助傷者就醫、處理毀損車輛等必要措施，切勿直接離開現場，以免使傷害擴大。
