屏東縣萬丹鄉（19）日早晨傳出槍響！屏東警方掌握萬丹一處民宅藏匿槍毒犯，並於上午7時20分許上門查緝，其中一名嫌犯竟突然朝屋外開了3槍，雙方對峙將近2小時，嫌犯態度軟化，2嫌棄械投降。
屏東分局於（19日）7時20分許，持搜索票至萬丹鄉新鐘路段執行槍毒案搜索時，遭吳姓嫌犯(男、37歲)自屋內持槍朝外射擊3槍，無人受傷，員警立即封鎖現場並呼叫警力支援，雙方對峙至8時40分許，嫌犯棄械投降，現場查扣非制式手槍、子彈、改造工具一批，及毒品海洛因一包，全案依違反依違反毒品危害防制條例、槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例偵辦中。
