曼城加入追逐Rice的行列（圖＿West Ham United）。
曼城在隊長 Ilkay Gundogan離隊後，正式加入了西漢姆聯中場Declan Rice的爭奪戰，提出80M+10M英鎊的報價。日前，競爭對手兵工廠曾提出第二次75M+15M的報價，被西漢姆聯拒絕，因為他們想要100M英鎊，預計兵工廠近期將提出第三次報價。而兵工廠已確定爭取到Kai Havertz的加盟，預計本周會公開亮相。
熱刺隊即將簽下恩波利的守門員Guglielmo Vicario，用來替補可能離隊的Hugo Lloris 的位置。根據Charlie Eccleshare的報導指出，熱刺持續尋找適合的中後衛，名單內有勒沃庫森的Edmond Tapsoba、富勒姆的Tosin Adarabioyo以及熱刺隊關注許久的水晶宮隊Marc Guehi。
上個賽季的大驚奇紐卡索聯正在和南安普頓年的年輕右後衛Tino Livramento進行談判，他在去年四月遭受十字韌帶(ACL)傷勢困擾，一年後於今年季末傷癒歸隊，替補出賽兩場比賽。另一方面，紐卡索聯也鎖定AC米蘭的中場Sandro Tonali，持續增添戰力，為歐冠賽場做準備。
