台南長榮大學副教授蔡尚恩性侵指控案 法院宣判無罪確定

台南長榮大學副教授蔡尚恩，監察委員蔡崇義的兒子，遭蔡姓女子控告性侵。經過法律程序，一審將蔡尚恩依強制性交罪判3年6月，但二審決定無罪。檢方再度上訴至最高法院，於11日被駁回，確定蔡尚恩無罪確定。
根據判決內容，蔡尚恩於106年透過PTT徵友，與蔡女因投資話題取得聯繫,在7月31日的夜晚，蔡尚恩至蔡女住處討論投資，之後留宿於客廳。蔡女指控，在夜深人靜時，蔡尚恩趁機性侵她。一審認為證據確實，判其有罪。二審合議庭法官認為，蔡女就本案事發經過情形，證述固無太大歧異，但其證言本質上仍屬單一證詞，仍須有其他證據補強佐證其證言。
台南地方法院合議庭審理後，認蔡尚恩有罪，判刑3年6月，案經上訴二審，高等法院台南分院逆轉改判無罪，檢方再上訴，最高法院審理後，11日駁回檢方上訴，蔡崇恩宣判無罪確定。
