台南市前經發局局長陳凱凌涉財經案,被重判8年徒刑且褫奪公權5年(圖/資料畫面)

前台南市經發局長陳凱凌被控向廠商收賄，接受酒店飲宴及性招待，多項財經相關罪行被法院判決重刑。於112年8月16日下午2時27分宣判,法院裁定陳凱凌在公職中涉及詐取財物、假借職權詐欺、不明財產來源以及洗錢等罪行，合計被判有期徒刑8年，並褫奪公權5年。此外，陳還需支付罰金新臺幣壹拾萬元，若罰金未支付，則需改判為勞役，以新臺幣1000元折算1日。

詳細的判決內容包括：詐取財物罪被判4年6個月，再加上假借職權詐欺罪的2年6個月、不明財產來源罪的2年、共同詐欺取財罪的1年2個月及洗錢罪的10個月。

法院更進一步說明，陳凱凌已繳交犯罪所得共計新臺幣180萬元，而未扣案的犯罪所得金額為新臺幣4,412,882萬元，這些資金均被沒收，若有部分無法沒收，將追徵其等值金額。

同案被告翁東明則因涉及三人以上共同詐欺取財罪，被判有期徒刑1年，但獲得緩刑2年。法院同時裁定，翁東明需於判決確定之日起1年內，向公庫支付新臺幣100萬元。

此案一直受到社會高度關注，公眾對於公務員涉及此類重大經濟罪行表示憂心。期待透過司法審判，能維護公眾利益及正義。
