台南市警察局永康分局執行署頒之「擴大臨檢專案」勤務，在地區內進行巡邏臨檢，於巡邏中發現一間以「養生館」名義運作的店家，事實上是掛羊頭賣狗肉，在養生館內涉及違法的色情交易活動。警方突擊檢查，成功捕獲該場所的櫃檯人員、越南裔女性服務人員以及在場嫖客。全案依違反刑法妨害風化罪及社會秩序維護法偵辦。

永康分局長甘炎民強調，警方始終堅決打擊色情交易，並針對轄區內可能存在的治安隱憂進行持續的訪查和取證。那些偽裝為提供純按摩服務的色情場所不僅侵害了公共道德，還對社區的安全和生活品質構成威脅。為了清潔治安環境和制止這些非法交易，警方會不懈地加強執法。呼籲業界不要冒險違法，否則必將受到法律的嚴懲。
