知名心靈成長機構無照開課 騙財上千萬元 受害者達30人

時代力量立委王婉諭今日舉行記者會，揭露知名心靈成長機構驚人違法亂象（圖：王婉諭辦公室提供。）
時代力量立委王婉諭接獲陳情，某知名心靈成長管理顧問機構旗下講師，沒有諮商師、心理師專業，卻以潛能心理學名義開設心靈成長課程，違法亂象層出不窮，騙取超過新台幣4000萬元，受害人數達30人以上。
王婉諭今天與律師、眾多被害人在立法院召開記者會，揭發該機構違法情形。王婉諭表示，該機構負責人及旗下講師們完全沒有心理師的專業，卻長期開課心靈成長和了解潛意識等課程，內容涉及心理治療範圍，涉嫌違反心理師法。
王婉諭強調，該機構以違法課程，涉嫌誘騙眾多學員繳交高額學費並幫忙招生，甚至要求學員競標呂姓負責人所配戴的「高能量」物品，一旦學員希望退出，機構就會以情緒勒索或洩露學員隱私等方法嚇阻，逼迫學員就範。
有受害學員出面控訴，曾經目睹該課程內容涉及性侵害、性侵害、肢體暴力以及人格羞辱等行為，導致眾多學員身心受創，財產損失。一名女性被害人說明，在課程中遭遇不合理的心理治療，包括用枕頭毆打女學生，導致女學生大哭尖叫。還有導師強迫性侵受害者打電話給加害者道歉，表示是自己勾引了加害者，遭到侵害是自己不對。
記者會結束後，王婉諭要求相關單位盡速查辦此類非法心理課程。該心靈成長機構應該面對錯誤、誠懇道歉，並且盡速賠償。
