守護臺南囝仔把握成長黃金期 黃偉哲攜手成大醫院提供弱勢兒少到宅醫療服務

為守護臺南市弱勢家庭兒童的健康，自112年8月起，臺南市政府社會局與成大醫院合作推動「臺南市脆弱家庭兒少到宅評估計畫」。社工評估多重需求的兒童，協助轉介至成大醫院，由兒保整合中心進行到宅訪視。如發現兒童有健康、醫療、發展遲緩等問題，兒保整合中心將提供諮詢與轉介服務，早期介入，守護脆弱家庭兒童成長。
黃偉哲市長表示，在面臨少子女化的今日，接住每一位孩子的安全與健康是非常重要的事，社會局社福中心社工服務的脆弱家庭，往往需要各網絡單位共同合作，此次社會局與成大醫院兒保整合中心醫療小組團隊提供到宅訪視，除持續關注孩童身體健康外，也會提醒家長為孩童定期進行疫苗接種、檢視居家環境及提供改善建議等，期望能讓弱勢家庭兒童健康平安長大。
社會局服務的個案小祥（化名）剛滿1歲，是個活潑好動的小男孩，平時由媽媽獨自全日照顧，導致媽媽無法外出工作，全家僅能依靠育兒津貼及低收補助維持生活開銷，社工發現小祥與同年齡的兒童相比生長曲線落後且體重過輕，且無法依靠自身力量翻身及爬行，疑似有發展遲緩的狀況，令媽媽感到相當擔心。經社福中心中心社工轉介成大醫院兒保整合中心後，立即安排醫療小組進行到宅訪視，也確認小祥有發展遲緩的議題，整合醫療小組主動協助安排門診並協助開立診斷證明書，縮短早療聯合評估的等待時間，讓小祥能在早療復健的黃金期接受相關的服務與協助，也解除小祥媽媽的擔心。
社會局提醒，台南市有12處社會褔利服務中心，若民眾在生活上遭遇兒少照顧或生活陷困等，皆可向臺南市政府社會局各處社褔中心尋求協助，電話（06）299-3992。
