妻遭家暴聲請保護令 6旬莽夫不爽竟放火燒屋

台南市官田區今天凌晨發生一起民宅火警，該處一間平房疑似遭人潑灑汽油後縱火，火勢一發不可收拾，老屋瞬間竄出熊熊火光，警消據報前往灌救，屋內母女3人驚險逃生，兩個女兒為了滅火，腿部受傷送醫，麻豆警方根據母女供詞調查，發現女子丈夫涉有重嫌，出動警網逮人，67歲的陳男被抓後一度辯稱是求歡不成遭拒，一時氣憤才縱火燒屋；警方仍懷疑男子是因為妻子申請保護令，須遠離不能同住才下手，訊後依殺人未遂、公共危險、傷害、毀損等罪嫌移送台南地檢。

台南市消防局凌晨3時03分接獲民眾報案，官田區信義街一處平房發生火警，火勢猛烈，立刻出動13車、警消30人到場灌救，抵達現場時房子已經全面燃燒，屋內3名女子都平安逃生，其中2人腿部有燒灼傷，經詢問是滅火時受傷，傷口處理後送醫救治，並無大礙，火勢也在15分鐘內撲滅。

消防人員在屋前屋後各發現1個起火點，研判起火原因應是人為縱火，警方跟進調查，女子兩名女兒向警方表示，有看到父親向屋子丟擲汽油彈，她們拿棉被滅火才受傷，見苗頭不對，趕緊拉著母親逃出屋外，因此警方鎖定女子丈夫陳男涉有重嫌，今天早上9時在其出沒處將人逮捕到案，據了解，這處平房是由女子與其丈夫承租，之前兩人因故發生爭吵，妻子聲請家暴保護令獲准，陳男須離開租屋處，突然無家可歸，讓他氣憤難平，才決定放火燒屋。
