清潔隊員入住護理之家3年慘成皮包骨 家屬怒告討公道

台南市環保局清潔隊員黃勝詮4年前工作時跌倒昏迷，經過開顱手術急救後挽回性命，卻因需要長期照護，加上黃家家境也屬弱勢，就以公費長照安排入住養護中心，但沒想到原本清醒有意識的人，幾年下來數度進出醫院，最後變成植物人，被照顧得不成人形，過世前從75公斤瘦成不到30公斤，下體甚至還有發霉情形，親友鄰居發現異狀，家屬也怒告護理之家害命，目前已進入司法程序。

據了解，黃勝詮與妻子都是清潔隊員，但8年前妻子車禍後右膝失能、語言能力也受到影響，只能退休，黃一人扛起家計，2018年3月間工作時跌倒送醫搶救，診斷後發現是急性左側硬腦膜下出血，開顱手術後因黃妻也無力照顧，因此轉往台南市東區一處護理之家，並委託黃男友人照顧。
黃男入住護理之家時，意識清醒，還能說出自己名字，僅表達、肢體功能受影響，但3年內每況愈下，進出醫院多次，身上多處外力傷口，從沒氣切到需要氣切，人也瘦得成皮包骨，去年9月過世時，渾身散發惡臭、生殖器還發霉，鄰居親友都不敢相信一個人會變成這樣。

黃妻在親友鄰居協助下，曾想向護理之家釐清死因卻得不到回應，連向衛生局反映後，護理之家也不出面，連醫院開立死亡證明的過程都有問題，從一開始的中風到最後的意外死亡足足改了三次，也讓家屬感到疑惑不解，甚至還投書蔡總統信箱，最後石沉大海，不得已才走上司法，要替死者討公道。
南檢指出，家屬向檢方提出告訴，現已分案由檢察官調查偵辦；護理之家面對家屬提告，表示會全力配合司法調查，而醫院方面則透過公關室表示，尊重家屬提告權益，因進入司法程序不願多談。
