（有影）真是笑話！ 雙黃線迴轉又惡意擋道 休旅車駕駛吃罰單還得扣駕照

臉書社團「翻轉國道交通違規」昨日流傳一段影片，有部Nissan Juke白色休旅車先是在雙黃線違規迴轉，遭到後方銀色轎車按喇叭示意，白車駕駛疑似心生不滿，沿途蛇行，並在轎車前無故急煞，看似想找麻煩，相當危險，民眾提供行車紀錄器影片檢舉，警方查證屬實，依道路交通管理處罰條例製單開罰，這名車主不只吃上罰單，還得吊扣駕照6個月，白目真的無極限。

據了解，該事件發生在台南市南區金華路上，5月21日下午1時11分，白色休旅車行駛在金華路二段，駕駛無視雙黃線，直接迴轉到對向車道，後方銀色轎車提早發現剎車，並鳴按喇叭示意，沒想到休旅車駕駛竟不斷變換車道及速度，試圖擋在後方銀色轎車前，更多次突然急煞想讓後車撞上，所幸轎車駕駛早有預警，放慢速度小心駕駛，休旅車駕駛自討沒趣，隨後加速離開，轎車駕駛將影片下載，並向警方檢舉。

台南市警六分局金華派出所所長賴杰賢表示，經過審視相關影片後，確定白色休旅車駕駛違規屬實，將依道路交通管理處罰條例第49條跨越雙黃線迴車、第43條危險駕車製單舉發，前者最高可處1800元罰鍰，後者最高可處2萬4000元罰鍰，同時吊扣駕照6個月，還要接受道路交通安全講習，警方也呼籲民眾勿於雙黃線違規迴車或惡意逼車，以確保自己及他人行車安全。
網路社團PO出影片的留言下方也是罵聲不斷，還有網友笑說「以為是我兒子在玩遙控車」、「難道是猴子在開車」、「可能以為自己很帥，笑爆」，因為該部休旅車是Nissan Juke，也有網友說這下「Juke」變「Joke」（笑話）了。
