跟蹤騷擾防制法6月上路，怪怪追求者小心觸法！台南市一名30歲的吳姓男子，因為工作關係認識在材料公司擔任業務的27歲女子，他對女子傾心不已，2年前就開始熱烈追求，雖然對方表明拒絕，但吳男死纏爛打，不只跟蹤女子，有次還出手襲胸，讓她心生畏懼；6月5日晚間，吳男再度開車尾隨，這次女子不再姑息，報警處理，警方訊後將吳男依跟蹤騷擾防制法、性騷擾防治法等罪嫌送辦。

據悉，吳男是材料公司外包廠商員工，2年前認識女業務員後，就展開熱烈追求，女子也斷然拒絕，但男子並未死心，經常在女子公司及住家外盯哨守候，也常尾隨製造偶遇情節、並藉故邀約女子，有次還因為要出手拿取女子手機，碰觸到她的胸部，更加深女業務恐懼心理，越發疏遠吳男。
昨日晚間吳男又到女子公司外等候，見她開車離去，也開著車保持距離一路尾隨，過程中被女子發現，決定不再隱忍，前往轄區派出所提出跟蹤騷擾告訴及性騷擾申(告)訴，希望能夠擺脫夢魘。
第四分局員警獲報後，隨即通報警察局啟動專案管理，由督察室及婦幼警察隊派員到場指導偵辦，調查後以吳男涉及監視觀察、尾隨接近、不當追求、通訊騷擾等事實，明顯觸犯跟蹤騷擾防治法，警訊後除核發書面告誡，並以跟騷現行犯移送台南地檢署偵辦。

警方指出，現在騷擾行為有專法可管，只要符合跟蹤騷擾行為如監視觀察、尾隨接近、寄送物品、冒用個資、不當追求、妨害名譽、通訊騷擾、歧視貶抑等8大樣態，並有反覆持續性、涉及性與性別等就可能觸法；據婦幼隊統計，新法上路迄今，南市受理7件，包括男女尋求複合3件、不當追求3件、鄰里糾紛不成案1件。
