長相差太多！ 通緝犯避警查緝報親弟弟年籍資料露餡

「大哥，這個是你本人嗎？」台南市一名朱姓男子昨日開車在機慢車道上違停，遭到警方盤查，員警聞到酒味，遂進行酒測，朱男稱自己未帶證件，只能背出姓名、年籍資料，員警輸入警用電腦一查，發現照片實在太不像，雖然酒測值過關，但員警在朱男簽名時，告誡他若非本人，將觸犯偽造文書罪，朱男一聽大驚，向警方說出真實身分，沒想到竟是竊盜通緝犯，警方訊後也將他押解歸案。

據了解，南警第三分局安南派出所13日近午執行巡邏勤務，發現一部自小貨車違停機慢車道，前往攔查舉發，又聞到朱姓駕駛身上有酒味，立刻實施酒測，酒測值0.05毫克，並未超標。
朱姓男子說自己忘了帶證件，也背不出身分證字號，只能說出身分證字號跟姓名，警方一邊檢查、一邊輸入M-POLICE電腦查詢，顯示的照片跟朱姓男子完全不像，於是趁著朱男準備簽酒測單時，提醒他若不是簽本人姓名，就是偽造文書罪，朱男聽完愣住遲遲無法下筆，隨後也向警方坦承身分。
警方調查，原來46歲的朱男是竊盜通緝犯，他為了躲避追緝，把親弟弟的身分資料詳記，想說萬一遇到警方攔檢可以蒙混過關，沒想到2人雖然是親兄弟，但長相實在有差別，最後還是露餡。
南市警三分局表示，疫情嚴峻，警方仍全力維持治安，針對犯罪熱點區域加強巡邏，強化可疑人車盤查，給市民安穩的生活環境。
