台南漁光島今天（21）日下午發生一起溺水意外，有6名高中畢業生從高雄相約到漁光島戲水，其中一名劉姓跟兩名張姓男子被大浪捲走，同行友人設法搶救，將劉、張2人救回岸上，還有另外一人失去蹤影，海巡、高雄港務警察總隊安平港中隊、南市消防局出動海空搜救，在剛剛已經找到失蹤的張姓同學，呈現OHCA狀態，送往郭綜合醫院搶救，最後仍回天乏術。

事件發生在下午2點43分，南市消防局接獲民眾報案，漁光島海灘發生溺水事件，立刻派遣安平分隊前往救援，據了解，這6人是國中同學，目前都是高中畢業，相約前來漁光島玩水，突然出現一陣大浪，將其中3人捲走，水性較好的的3個同學試圖救人，但只拉住2人，其中一名張姓男子不見蹤影。

據了解，這6人是國中同學，後來分別就讀旗山農工、旗美高中、普門高中、民生家商，畢業後，被救起的劉、張兩人意識清楚，但全身虛脫無力，警消將2人送往永康奇美醫院觀察，並沒有生命危險，警消則出動直升機、無人空拍機、救生艇，從陸海空3路繼續搜尋下落不明的張姓同學，最後在1820時尋獲，已經沒有生命跡象，由永華91送往郭綜合醫院，最後急救無效宣告死亡。

3人遇溺的地點在漁光島月牙灣，此處風景優美，觀光客喜歡到此戲水消暑，據當地民眾表示，海岸地形暗藏離岸流，民眾越往海裡走越危險，容易不敵海水拉力被帶走，尤其是兩邊都是海浪、但中間相對平靜的海域，反而更是危險，這處海域目前救災救溺由高雄港務警察總隊安平港中隊負責，台南市也會協助救災救溺，假日派車巡邏，雖然禁止戲水，仍有人不顧禁令下水，每年都會傳出溺水意外。
