臉書求職誤入詐騙集團陷阱 男女朋友遭軟禁2禮拜

沈姓男子透過臉書求職，誤入詐騙集團圈套，不但銀行存摺被沒收，甚至連她女友一起都被詐騙集團拘禁超過兩周，直到帳戶被警方凍結才獲釋，高市刑大循線逮人，查出至少22人受騙滙款，金額高達3千多萬，訊後將邱姓主嫌送辦，檢方依詐欺等罪聲押獲准。

高市刑大指出，沈姓男子3月在臉書發現徵人訊息，他跟對方連絡後，對方告訴他「跟著我玩就有錢賺」，沈男因缺錢花用，相信對方說詞，先是在網路銀行開戶後，把帳戶交給主嫌邱姓男子的手下林、顏2人，林、顏兩人「半強迫」沈男跟著他們一起行動，還說跟一趟能賺一萬元，沈於是就跟著他們一起走。
沒想到沈男跟著走後，竟被軟禁到台南後營、佳里及高雄六龜的汽車旅館或民宿，一個禮拜後，邱要求沈男再另外提供銀行帳戶，否則不放他走，沈男於是向陳姓女友求援，女友為了救他，也去網銀辦帳戶，再把帳戶交給邱的手下，但陳女一跟對方碰面就被帶走，跟沈男一起拘禁在六龜某民宿，直到直到其他受騙人匯款進帳戶，帳戶已被凍結後才獲釋，但兩人已被軟禁兩周，也沒拿到半毛錢。
警方獲報循線逮捕邱男等5人，並在台南安平邱的住處搜出疑似贓款23萬餘元及人頭帳戶存摺，初步統計至少22人受騙匯款，金額高達3千多萬，邱男警訊後被依違反組織犯罪條例、妨害自由、恐嚇及詐欺罪嫌移送橋頭地檢署偵辦，檢方複訊後聲押獲准，4名手下獲3萬元到6萬元交保。
