《這個好》台南這家早餐店鮮蝦堡超有料 每日限量饕客指名價格太銷魂

日前有網友到台南佳里一家早餐店，看見牆上菜單中有道「鮮蝦堡」，居然只賣銅板價，出於好奇點了份試試，沒想到內餡竟然擺了整整7隻蝦，蝦味濃郁，吃起來肉質Q彈，非常新鮮，讓她直呼「太扯了吧！」po上臉書地方社團後也引發討論，讓網友大讚「海口人就是霸氣」、「我每次都點這個」、「這價格也太佛」。

早餐店老闆娘「妮妮」說，從媽媽開始經營早餐店迄今有30多年時間，就位於客運站旁，原本就是加盟體系，但也會自己加些隱藏版菜單，像之前媽媽就會在傳統的鍋燒意麵或雞絲麵中加入蒸煮後手工處理的雞肉絲，讓客人吃飽飽，也成為店內一大特色。
「妮妮」在2年前接下母親棒子，跟先生一內一外，先生凌晨就起來備料、煮製當天要用的茶飲，早上再由她開店營業，跟一般早餐店不同，店內都是現點現做，不像某些西式早餐店會先做好三明治、漢堡，讓客人帶了就走，所以要吃好料得要耐心等候。

承襲母親的精神，接手後「妮妮」也想做點不一樣的料理加入菜單，她想到佳里所在的大北門區是養殖重鎮，不如就出一道海鮮漢堡，剛好朋友在七股養殖白蝦，一撈上岸就急速冷凍，非常新鮮，於是就研發出這個超有料鮮蝦堡。
「妮妮」笑說沒有什麼獨門祕訣，就是「鮮」啦！當天賣的鮮蝦堡，都是前一天訂購，解凍後手工剝殼，客人點單後再下鐵板煎，蝦味四溢，麵包烤熱後，抹上奶油，放上洋蔥、小黃瓜，加上7隻鮮蝦，再撒上胡椒粉就大功告成，真的是色香味俱全，價格也是有夠驚人，竟然只賣50元。

「妮妮」說，當初就是想讓客人吃到與眾不同的料理，並沒有考慮到成本，而且看到客人讚歎的誇張表情，跟完售時的失落神情，就讓她覺得很開心，真的是「做口碑的」；而她先生在收店後或店休時，都會外出海釣，當天的收獲，就是隔天的限量深海魚鍋燒料理，以野生石斑、紅槽（銀紋笛鯛）為主，想吃到可要碰碰運氣。

除了鮮蝦堡外，還有鮮蝦蛋餅、鮮蝦黑輪等特色菜單，「妮妮」說，自家的蛋餅皮都是手工調製的麵糊，很有古早味，當然從母親傳下來的雞肉絲麵還是招牌特色，但平時人手不夠，還好假日時兩個女兒都會出門幫忙，對於久候的客人，只能說聲「真歹勢啦！」
