監守自盜！大學職員偷家樂福禮券變賣詐百萬現金涉貪起訴

中山大學人事室楊姓組員負責保管校內職員工生日禮券，他疑因積欠賭債又投資失利，竟偷走面額144萬8千元的禮券變賣給網友，校方稽查時，楊擔心犯行敗露，跑到影印店偽造禮券企圖蒙混過關，但最後仍被揪出，檢方偵結後依貪污等罪將他起訴。

檢方指出，2017年起，中山大學為了給辛苦的職員工增加福利，以公開招標方式採購大賣場禮券，作為校內職員工生日賀金發放；楊男前年到職後，發現校方採購禮券後，並未將禮券編號、數量進行造冊管理，他直覺有機可趁，開始暗自動手腳。
楊男於2020年6月，先從人事室的保險箱，偷走230張面額1千元的家樂福禮券後，在臉書以面額9折價格賣給黃姓網友，楊男得手後發現沒人查覺，又於同年9月再偷一批234張禮券，再賣給黃男牟利。
隔了一個月，楊再從保險箱偷了84張禮券，這次楊男沒賣掉，先帶回家放在身邊保管；2020年11月，校方再度採購994張家樂禮券後，楊男直接抽走900張，再分兩次賣給黃姓男子。
當月底校方清查時，發現保險箱內大量禮券不見，詢問後，楊男說自己把禮券帶回家保管，於是校方派職員陪同楊男返家取回禮券，而楊男擔心事跡敗露，早一步先去影印店偽造900張禮券，再加上尚未賣出的84張，一次返還984張給學校。
但學校查核時，發現984張禮券中，有900張紙質粗糙，懷疑是偽造出來的，校方不動聲色私下通報家樂福，請家樂福協助列管定生日禮券採購案的券號後，發現校外人士、也就是購買禮券的黃男曾拿列管券號的禮券去消費，於是通報調查局展開追查。
檢調傳喚楊男到案說明時，楊否認涉案，直指是學校保全很差，他擔心禮券被偷，才帶回家保管，至於禮券為何會出現在黃男身上及變成偽品，楊則一問三不知，不肯鬆口偷禮券；由於相關事證明確，雄檢偵結後依貪污、偽造有價證券罪將他起訴。
