透天厝二樓搭溫室 開心農場種大麻遭警逮

台南市陳姓、曾姓男子在新市大社一處透天厝2樓搭建簡易溫室，工作之餘就體驗農夫生活，連鄰居都以為只是在種盆栽，但沒想到他們種的竟然是違法的大麻；歸仁警方接獲線報，經過蒐證後見時機成熟，日前出動逮人，當場查獲57株大麻活株以及近4公斤的大麻葉，2人供稱是自學種植，對於是否已流入市面避重就輕，警訊後依違反毒品危害防制條例移送台南地檢署偵辦，檢察官並向法院聲押獲准。

歸仁警方日前接獲線報，指出27歲陳男與26曾姓友人，2個多月前在新市大社租下一棟2樓透天厝，搭建設備，疑似在加蓋鐵皮屋內種植違禁物品，立即報請台南地檢署檢察官黃慶瑋指揮偵辦，並持續蒐證，10日見時機成熟，持搜索票上門抓人。

陳、曾2人正要出門，警方一擁而上說明來意，並進門搜索，進入2樓一看，就像是小型植物園一般，照明、通風都相當完備，但裡面清一色都是大麻，清點下共有57株，另外還有剪下來乾燥後的大麻葉，重量將近4000公克，警方搬運這些相關證物時，還引起鄰居側目，知道2人原來是種大麻，直喊「夭壽」。

陳男向警方供稱，從種子取得到栽培技術，都是從網路上學的，他跟曾男白天都有正當職業，下班後才兼差當農夫，這個「開心農場」才進行了2個多月，第一次收成就被警方抓到，「真的有夠倒楣」，對於是否有成品流入市面，2人則口徑一致、避重就輕；歸仁警方訊後將陳、曾2人依違反毒品危害防制條例移送法辦，並經檢方聲押獲准。
